The Ask:

Through its easy-to-integrate, patented, biometric identity platform, this client quickly and accurately verifies a user’s identity, eliminating any assumption of ‘who’ is behind a device a device and preventing cybercriminals from taking over accounts. They were participating in the Money 20/20 USA event which is Fintech’s largest conference and draws over 7,500 attendees. The client was a newly launched company and was introducing the company at the Money 20/20 conference. RSML was asked to generate a big presence for the company and drive people to their tradeshow booth.

Solution:

Use paid media tactics to own the event.

  • Invested heavily in awareness building tactics like Out-of-Home​
    • Introduced the brand as people hit the city for the event. We showcased the brand on the big screens in airport terminals, baggage claim and taxi stands. Airport terminals, luggage & taxi stands​
    • Showcased the brand with video on the 30,000 square foot digital board across from conference​ center
  • Leveraged geo-targeted campaigns across Meta ecosystem, Programmatic display, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google designed to drive traffic and leads​​
  • Utilized a mixture of Money2020 attendee lists, lookalikes, pixel audience data, and interest/behavioral targeting​​ for the targeting.
  • Retargeting and lead generation optimized campaigns across digital channels; retargeting continued for 30 days post event to remind and drive additional leads​
Results:

Generated 2,000 attendees to the clients conference party and 600 leads generated.
